This International Klein Blue velvet cocktail dress is punctuated on top and bottom with hand sewn taffeta ruffles laced with multicolored ostrich and coque feathers. The left thigh has a pleat gathered slit. This velvet is non-stretch and the dress fits snug on my size 12 dress form.
