The three circular crinoline hoops built into this skirt create a heart shaped pannier when small of the waist is tied, exaggerating the already full figured skirt further, and allowing passerby's a flirty up-skirt vantage. The boning is held by three multicolored grosgrain ribbon channels which allow the graduating ruched yardage of the skirt to be adjusted from side to side, as needed. The wrists have a rounded keyhole cuff opening, which is tied closed with a ribbon to gather the sleeve to a raw edged flounce.
To celebrate the New Year, the shoulder has an epaulet which snaps closed to hold in place a matching, removable, bridal satin sash which is trimmed in five shades of the sparkliest micro-sequin fringe I have ever seen. The faint tails of a fireworks display cascade from the shoulder of this night sky past the ruffled hem of the hoop skirt to around the knee. This limited edition sash coronates the wearer as the queen of any new year's eve party!
