Growing up, when we would go to the Jersey shore, we would often see a kind of yellow spiral on the beach that I heard my family refer to as a string of coins. I would later discover that it was actually the egg casing produced by a Knobbed Whelk. These squiggly washed up egg earrings are joined by little freshwater pearls, faceted crystals, faux pearls, seahorse, and scallop shell charms. They are dangly and wiggly too!
