This vintage silk gauze is the lightest weight fabric I have ever worked with. The entire gown is cut on bias and externally seamed. I can't even express how fabulous it is when it moves. Treat her gently and never machine wash. I wish I could keep everything I make because I'm a greedy fashion whore, but this gown is uniquely special to me.
Store her gently folded in a drawer or small box when not in use. To preserve her longevity, do not allow her to hang when in storage, it will put stress on the bias cut fabric. Though this dress is sized at M/L, it will fit an S/M. (Model shown is a size S/M and the gown is a bit roomy on them.)
